3 Biggest Myths About Hair Growth
Before going into the specifics of our methodology we would like to dispel some of the more common hair growth myths.

Biotin- Just taking a biotin supplement is not how to make your hair grow faster and it has been known to cause severe acne, headaches and breakouts. A person would also need the support of hydrating antioxidants from vitamins for hair loss in order to help keep their scalp and follicles healthy.

Prenatal- Just like biotin, taking a prenatal vitamin for hair growth is not a person’s best choice. Prenatal vitamins should only be taken if a woman is pregnant because prenatal vitamins have a high amount of iron. The higher amount of iron in the blood can cause constipation, vomiting and nausea.

Trimming- Trimming your hair does not make it grow faster. Hair grows from the root, not the ends.Trimming makes your hair look healthier since split ends happen over time due to bending the hair continuously. Just like biotin and prenatal vitamins, trimming for growth is a myth that needs to be stopped.
